By accessing or using the digital systems and electronic services of THE SOCIETY FOR ORPHAN CARE ENSAN (hereinafter referred to as "the Society"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Society’s systems or services.

2. Eligibility

The systems and services are intended for users who are legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Users must be at least 18 years old, or have the legal consent of a guardian if younger.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or using the services.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify the Society immediately in case of any unauthorized access.
• Use the systems and services in a manner that does not violate laws, infringe the rights of others, or disrupt the services.

4. Use of Systems and Services

Access to the systems and services is for charitable, personal, and informational purposes only.

Users may not reproduce, duplicate, sell, or exploit any part of the Society’s systems or content without prior written permission from the Society.

5. Donations and Payments

The Society supports multiple payment methods, including Apple Pay on compatible devices.

Your use of Apple Pay is also governed by Apple’s applicable terms for Wallet and Apple Pay.

The Society does not store card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials. Payments are processed by our authorized payment processor using tokenization and industry-standard security.

We may request information necessary to complete the transaction (e.g., name, mobile number, email, if applicable).

If a payment fails or fraudulent activity is suspected, the Society may decline, cancel, or request additional verification.

Donors are responsible for the accuracy of their information and any bank/exchange fees.

The Society’s donation and refund policy applies to all payments, including those made via Apple Pay.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on the Society’s digital systems are the property of THE SOCIETY FOR ORPHAN CARE ENSAN or its licensed entities. Users may not use them without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Society is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the systems or services. Users access the systems at their own risk.

8. Modifications of Terms

The Society reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
